I'm assuming it's because he got injured and didn't go through the end of year Allstar circuit which is a silly reason but from their perspective wouldn't allow a final evaluation.

It's absolutely stupid to change a rating based on an injury that isn't going to impact a player's career. I also don't think they are consistent when it comes to doing this.
