I wouldn’t get too worked up about it. If Eli does go there, chances are he’ll transfer if he’s not playing by year 3. They have a 5 star kid in the class ahead of him and just signed another 4 star this past class.

There is no uncertainty in the QB room. You have a huge talent for an offensive coordinator and he is young. These QBs will develop tremendously and some of these QBs who are turning their backs at LSU will regret it.

Sure there are some that want the early opportunity to play and that’s fine, but I want that guy who commits and then finds out the NCAA decided to give Joe Burrow 2 extra years at LSU and they decide to sign with us anyway.
Man, can you imagine if Covid happened a year earlier and Joe Burrow and the rest of that championship team came back for another year???

I wasn’t trying to put him down but looking at what I said I can say it didn’t come out correctly. He’s a stud QB.
