Do we have an idea of what position he projects to with us? Rivals lists him as an all-purpose back, but it would seem he doesn't have the right size for that.
you do realize he has 3 years to grow...

dream offer

"That's my college team," Watkins said. "It's the school I grew up liking. I've always liked LSU. It's the one (offer) I've always wanted. My mom said she's always dreamed of her son one day graduating in the gold and purple."
What's the story here? How did he end up a big LSU fan? Is he a transplant?

We don't even know what position Dylan will play for us and he's in the 2017 class....it's way too soon to know about Justin.

We know Dylan will play RB or LB based on whatever his preference is. He won't grow into a DE

Saw that boy's lights, and he's already damn good. He's going to be ridiculous in a few years.

Really great to see and very impressive of guys their age to make such a monumental life decision and feel confident about it.
Also as with KT when you have guys that can start recruiting this early on for you in one of the most heavily recruited areas in all of America, it really says something about the national brand that is LSU Football, and the ability of Coach Miles and staff to connect with guys at such a young age.
Congrats Mr. Watkins look forward to seeing you in the P&G. Stay humble and hungry and just know it says a lot about a young guys maturity and character to make that decision and even more so to stick with it. Position does not matter right now, he is an exceptional athlete, that would do well as the next in the great line of DBU, or have time to grow with Z. Dinkelman as they can progress together.
Now have two great ambassadors in TX and FL, that in both their interviews did a great job representing their family, school, and now Tiger Nation.

He's already about 6'2 220 as a sophomore. He won't be a RB. He'll either be a LB or a DE.
