Well, briefly....
We select players from this year's recruiting class. Each team selects 11 offense and 11 defense. We each get mad at each other for sniping someone else's picks. We then follow said players' college careers and brag at how we can select talent better than the people who get paid for it.
No money.
No scoring.
Just bragging rights.
