What about the pitcher from Rummel? or is that the 2012 recruiting class?
He's in the 2012 class. For some reason that thread is locked. I realized after I posted stories earlier in this thread that no one in the stories is in the OP of the thread.

Jared plays on my sons high school team. He is a 6'1 lefty throwing 88 with a wicked curveball.
Cartwright is a tall righty throwing 89 for Runnels. Both players played with my son when they were 9 with the Louisiana Baseball Academy. 5 or 6 of those boys are being recruited by a lot of schools right now.

Yorks has been struggling a bit at the plate this year. He's hitting 8th for Barbe. Tons of raw power though. Barbe's sophomore class (2014) is stacked this year though. That's the kids who were on the LLWS team from lake Charles a few years ago.

Hitting 8th for Barbe is not an insult. You have a potential first round draft pick leading off, then a bunch of 2014 kids and a good senior who will play D1. Charlie has alot of pop in that bat from the left side and is just getting used to a new environment, as well as facing better pitching. I think he will do great things at LSU.

Pitchers Thorne and Cobb have been removed. We'll need some high level arms to replace them. Cobb in particular was supposedly impressive at the Perfect Game National a few weeks ago.
