Best guard we've got out of high school since Randy Livingston and Chris Jackson. He's the outside scorer we've been missing since Marcus Thornton left.
Doubtful that he qualifies. I think he has SEC talent, but the work he has to do in the classroom might be the thing that keeps him from playing in the SEC.
Yorks has been struggling a bit at the plate this year. He's hitting 8th for Barbe. Tons of raw power though. Barbe's sophomore class (2014) is stacked this year though. That's the kids who were on the LLWS team from lake Charles a few years ago.
SIAP, but this was posted today. Tracy Howard will be #3 for the east in the US Army game. He's down to us and Florida and will decide after he visits here. He was originally going to commit at the game to Florida.

FYI look back at JC freshman and sophomore years at ND. Yes, he totally su@#ed. He had somewhat of a decent Junior year and that's called being a beast! Smh.
Wouldn't say he totally sucked his sophomore year. Erratic, or off-and-on would probably be a better description.
- 268-440 (60.9%)
- 3,172 yards
- 25 TD's
- 17 INT's
- 132.5 QB rating
But to say his junior year was "somewhat decent" is just not true. His junior year was outstanding, and would easily be the best year an LSU quarterback has ever had.
- 289-445 (68%)
- 3,722 yards
- 28 TD's
- 4 INT's
- 161.4 QB rating
That QB rating his junior year was 3rd in the nation behind Tim Tebow and Kellen Moore. I'd say that's a little bit better than decent.
re: Strikeforce: Fedor vs Henderson

Fedor hasn't beaten a truly elite fighter in 5-6 years. Hendo is a legend, but he's 40 and essentially fighting up 2 weight classes.
Count me as a person that has never really had a problem with him. His fights are always good, and I've always thought he was hilarious since he came on the scene on TUF 3.

In all fairness, Bisping seems to have been humbled and a changed man since Hendo KO. He came off as very likeable on UFC Live after his next fight/win.

re: So this Sean Nelson guy...is he really an LSU fan?

LSU fan?
- "I got Auburn car flags for sell. Holla at me if u want one."
- "I don't frick with them (LSU). My son at Auburn."
- "We bout to convert the whole city to Auburn fans."
No, I don't think so.
Big-time Christian guy?
- "Please beat the hell out of bama."
- "war muthafricking eagle."
Negative on that as well.
Not to mention this guy is an academic mentor and has the grammar of a 5 year old. It also seems to me a Christian guy would at least a guy's family before he took him off to Auburn to visit there.
It's one thing if this guy is friends with these guys and he's steering them to Auburn. That's what fans/boosters of schools do. If I have a son that's good enough to play at LSU, I'm gonna do everything in my power to make sure he goes there. It's a whole nother thing to cover yourself up behind a "non-profit" organization blanket and pretend like your not doing that.
I can't prove that the dude is getting paid to send these kids to Auburn, but it's pretty damn obvious he's not an LSU fan, so he can drop that bullshite. As a matter of fact, it's pretty obvious he's anti-LSU, no matter how many LSU sweatshirts he has.

Didn't LSU have like 9 points against Ole Miss about 6-7 years ago at the half?
re: Was the Army AA game boring as hell for you guys?

Under Armour game was much more crisp, organized, and the level of play was higher. You can tell those coaches got their guys on the same page much better, and they had two less days to prepare. The QB and OL play was terrible in the Army game.
And what was up with Kessler being the only QB for the west? I wanted to see that Starling kid get some more snaps, I think he got 3-4 snaps the whole game. He's a great athlete and can actually avoid pressure. This was the worst Army game in a long time.

GRob and Ethan Hudson are about as effective as a rolled up newspaper in pas protection.

LOL at that guy trying to get Townsend off the stage. He was like, "Make a pick, make a pick....Pick a school already."
quote:
No way AU would turn him down
Stay tuned, they just might.
quote:
If they turn him down he should come to LSU as a LB :nana:
I wish, but he'd go to Michigan unfortunately. Any quality LB help would be appreciated this late.
The Army hates LSU.
Supposedly Kris Frost didn't talk to Auburn's staff before he committed, so that commitment he just made may mean very, very little.

Brent Calloway decommited from Bama at the beginning of the game.
Yeah, then he committed to Auburn. Him and Hart are already decided.
Why are Demetrius Hart and Brent Calloway announcing? They've already committed.

As they broke for half time they mentioned that they even had a decomittment. Did anyone hear who it was?
Brent Calloway from Bama to Auburn.
He's showing up to play now. That's 2 in a row.
