Garrald McDowell 4*?
Hootie Jones SS 5* ?
Deldrick Canty DL 3* ?

Travonte Valentine DL 4* ? (Miami)
Note: LSU could have one of the sickest classes I've ever seen. I wonder about scholarships and room to maneuver though?

They'll sign 25
maybe one over if they know of an academic risk

Gerrald McDowell in that list as well
Other DL are on board, maybe one that might decommit from Ole Miss to LSU
Valentine is probably a long shot and he has academic issues as well
Malik McDowell if LSU gets visit

I wish we could use Tennessee's calculator, They're sitting at 33 commits.

We can only sign 25
We just lost three scholarship players. If that is the number to get us back up to 85 scholarship players then yes 25, but if it is not including the three guys we just lost then we could sign up to 28

you can't oversign any more.
Exactly how many we can sign depends on the interpretation of the rules by the SEC. I think we are limited to no more than 25. However, a more liberal interpretation would say that number is 27. The problem I have with the larger number is that no SEC school over the past 2 classes has signed a number that would be consistent with the 27.
Yes there are teams that signed more than 25, but they did so in a way that was consistent with my 25 interpretation and not the 27. It is possible that this has just been a coincidence or that the SEC has loosened up on the rules for this year.

Might be that time of the year for another Numbers crunch thread.
