Don’t try to tell these people anything. They’ll ride and die with LSU until it completely takes them over the cliff

The 2 Louisiana guys chose LSU. Very difficult to compete nationally agaiinst natty winners from the last 2 years.

Agreed.

Id like to these zombies to tell me, other than coach D line, one thing O does better than Miles. We all wanted to get rid of Les because it was just over. Then Alleva sucker punches us and some of these dumb fooks think it’s all good

No CB’s in this class is crazy. Forget the one guy lost to bama. It’s all about not having a plan and not knowing who you wouldnt get. Terrible

Win and the rest will come in 2019. That is our reload year. Kirby is heading into his 3rd year. Bama, Clemson, and UGA played in the NCG recently and Jimbo does have a ring. 2019 will set us up for the next 4 or 5 years afterwards.

It will be good enough for O to keep the job for another year, but bad enough to get killed in recruiting.

last year was actually the beginning. They really pimped the 3 starts, making it look like O was crushing it in recruiting. All he's doing is gathering mules to him, like Bobby Bowden did in his final years.

Well, if anything goes off a cliff, I hope you are in the driver's seat.

Mate, I'm a fan of your work and generally see eye to eye with you. Having said that, why the hell did y'all ban me last year for this same kind of stuff?

Why are you even here, other than to troll? Doesn't your team have a recruiting board to follow?

They do have a recruiting board to follow and here is the link.

Some of the dumbasses on this board can't think that in-depth!!!

While losing Surtain and Goodrich are very disappointing "especially Surtain given his Louisiana ties and the fact we were in the lead his entire recruitment" I still look at it differently than our in-state kids. I mean Saban has a very easy recruiting line no matter what team he is going up against "you can come here and win national titles and have a great chance of getting to the NFL, or you can go elsewhere and we will just beat you." Hard to deny that logic.

The real test is going to be next year with the star studded class in Louisiana, if O doesn't have a choke hold on the state and put up that giant fence he is absolutely fricked and I predict that will be his last year as HC at LSU. Now the only solace I can take in that, because that means our football program will be steeped in mediocrity is that Alleva will be fired before O!!!!

Well 2019 is going to tell you whether Coach O will be our HC going forward. You see there are plausible excuses as to why we lost "Surtain and Goodrich" that went to teams that are winning championships currently and LSU isn't.

But if Coach O doesn't put a chokehold on our states recruits next year considering all the talent in the state, then 2019 will be his last year as our HC - I will take bets on that.

Looking at our schedule in 2018 as much as I hate to say it, 8-4 looks like a reality during the season. It could be worse but hopefully not, but better than 8-4 I just can't get there looking at our schedule. So if 8-4 happens, if Coach O doesn't absolutely lock down the state in the recruiting area or have an 11 win season and absolute worst case would be a 10 win season, there will be too much of a ground swell to fire Alleva and O for O to survive.
