i got a couple of seafood platters on monday sitting in my fridge

now if my power goes out and i cant microwave it ill be pissed

I hate seeing first responders have to risk their lives needlessly to save people who refused to evacuate.

For the areas that had suggestions people evacuate, was assistance offered in the evacuation process? Like buses etc.?

Yes. I passed a convoy of laf par school buses headed to a pickup point at zephyr field Monday.

Can't speak for everyone but I know the homes taking in water in Laplace are in areas that never flood, never seen water in homes, why expect to need to be rescued for a category 1 if that is the case
