I got some wind down here but nothing that should have torn down a wall. That is just piss poor construction.

ETA: Anyone have an update on the curfew that was supposed to be in place from 7-further notice?

Just traveled from country club to Reinzi.

Saw mostly branches and a couple of trees down.

All the cane is blown down around Nicholls.

No major damage that I can see on La1 and 308 for that 3-4 mile that stretch.

Reinzi has had power throughout the storm with a couple spots of power outages.

Most of Thibodaux has been without power since around midnight.

That's all I've got.

Good to hear about Thibodaux. Just bought a house there last year (off of Brule Guillot). Hopefully the worst of it has passed, but looks like it's going to take a while for the storm to get out of there. I'm stuck in Laffy til tomorrow so appreciate the reports.

I used to live in the area. I don't know if you are watching the news but the center of the storm was parked over Lafourche Parish for what seemed like forever. I am talking right near the middle of it. Also with the coastline eroding there is less and less every year between Thibodaux/Houma and the Gulf. You guys stay safe.

Went ride around thib.

Not much going on. A few trees down, leaves, debris. Nothing major. My parents live towards Abby Subdivision they had a tree blocking Abby road and before highland lakes they had a tree down on 308 that was blocking 1 lane of traffic. They had a news crew and all.
