No flickers yet even near Westwego City Hall. Talked to aunt in Metairie off Bonabell about an hour ago and the lights flickered there while I was on the phone. Wasn't the first time either she said

Came back on immediately, but I just had my first real breaf loss of power. Friend across the river uptown, said he's heard transforming blow already. River Bend area

That area of Uptown and then across St. Charles into Fountainbleu and Broadmoor have the worst infrastructure. From roads to drainage to gas and power going out. It really does suck.. I will never understand how NOLA's worst infrastructure was in such a high tax base. (then them along with lakeview easily have the worst roads, while Gentily is getting new ones)
