Caught a few hours sleep but it has really picked up here off of 1088 in Mandeville. Nothing like Katrina but the roof has taken a few good shots of small branches from Pine Trees. Very steady heavy wind I'd say in the high 30's to 40's and lots of rain.

trying to get a update I have a condo on the first level in anchorage condos in slidell trying to get a update. It is up about 6 ft off the ground and probably another 5 ft from the edge of the lake by the sea wall.

Ellssuu, where r u located on 1088? I live in hidden pines but up in Ohio for business. Worried about family and friends. Also gf told me a pine branch hit the house yesterday and neighbors got up and removed it and put a tarp up. Looked in the attic and didn't see any damage. Gonna take care of them when I get back.

Basically, where the service road meets I-12 on the west side. My dad lives there, but I have not gotten any updates, but will post when I speak to him later.

Lost power in Folsom about three hours ago. Thank God for standby generators that work!
Wind blowing but not too bad, some limbs down but so far no major trees, roof, barn, shed, workshop damage. Time to start cooking in an hour or so.
