Never going to happen. They want to build a bridge but they can't figure a way to do it without upsetting the EDC in the mud in the river.
I think that's the main reason they did all the repair/patchwork/structure improvements on it this year.

Only reason they calling for so much is they expect it to stall over us for a good while. I will not be surprised either way by the storm.
