on 308 but not by 12 cedars. there's one not far from 12 cedars that's somehow 10x worse. it's the trunk and one branch ticking straight out. pretty clear that entergy's plan is to make the trees look terrible and just hope that people cut them down.

If I was Entergy/DEMCO, I'd pay someone to clear out a 150' ROW along every above ground power line.

Almost any place is within 150' of a power line.
Now I would agree to something like no Branches allowed within 10ft of any line, and infinite distance above and below not allowed. I think that alone would help a lot.
