I’m about a year away from adding a pool on and outdoor living area. I’m looking for a full contractor to handle it. I want to turn my two car carport into a kitchen/bar area and put in a pool with hot tub and mabe some fire pots
Is premier pool and spa my guys or is there others? Northshore area

In my experience it’s better to keep those two builds separate. Know a few people that regret having the outdoor living space built by the pool contractors.

I had a pool built by them in the spring. Great work but their customer service sucks!!! Salesman don't really care about you after you've signed the contract and the owner is an a-hole. Best person in the whole operation is Scott who teaches you pool school. He was great but rest of the people and process left a lot to be desired. I would check with backyard living. My buddy just had a pool built by him that turned out great and they do a lot of high end builds. No matter who you go with, good luck.

I’ve had 2 friends in the past 18 months have pools built by Premier. One was pleased and the other not happy at all. My friend who wasn’t happy had his built during the summer and was very dissatisfied with the customer service. My friend who had a good experience with them had his built in the winter but has since had customer service problems with them.

My experience with Premier pools has been completely awful. From the time I signed the contract nearly 2 years ago 'til this very day that the project is still not complete. I believe PP is a franchise and I think you would be using a different franchise than I did since I am located in NW Florida.
Anyway, here is my story. I contracted them for a pool and an outdoor kitchen/living area. Every single step of the way they delayed and pushed us off. When they finally plastered the pool they informed me that they made the pool too large and was well past the county setbacks. This took months to resolve. We had to apply for a variance.
I could go on and on about missed deadlines and lack of communication and customer service, but I think you get the picture.
What you should know is that I did not get any support or help from corporate PP. The entire experience has been a combination of incompetence only topped by their lack of caring.

I used them for my pool. They were the best price around and did and good job. The customer service was decent but not the best but they have followed through on delivering everything we agreed to.
