What’s the good Scott’s fertilizer that turns your yard a deep green?

I used it last year and liked the results. Mostly centipede grass

I dont use Scott’s but I would think any lawn fertilizer that contains supplemental iron will deepen the color, but understand centipede is more naturally lighter green than St Augustine. The nutrient analysis will be on the bag, so look for one with the highest iron content - that info you should be able to get on-line.
You can use Ironite to darken the color without adding nitrogen fertilizer. I wouldn’t recommend fertilizing with nitrogen fertilizer now, August is the recommended LSU AgCenter cutoff date. But you could use ironite now. Of course if you’re planning for next spring, that’s different.

It used to be called Green Max
We used to use it around this time of year. It would keep that lawn GREEN until the first freeze.

That's what I used to use. It's amazing.

Centipede is is just going to apple green. Iron will help but it won’t be baseball field green.
