Get an easel and paint it.

Then hang the painting in your den.

I mean you could prune it up, fertilize it, make sure it gets plenty of water and hope for the best,……but why?

It’s certainly not going to live much longer. I would cut it down, dispose of off property and clean your equipment really well. It may be diseased and I notice you have a similar tree nearby. You don’t want that one to have the same fate.
