Mine is moist in areas that do not see much sun and it hasn’t rained for 5 days

I feel like I’ve been squishing in my lawn for 3 months

when I can finally get the mower out, I'm going to have to cut 4 times to get it down to a respectable height.

No shite. My yard looks like pure shite right now. All grown up too high, FULL of weeds, etc.. I have one hell of a job on my hands once it dries out and warms up.

Not to mention your shed has termites, has a roof leak, and your wife has funky feet.

It's not a shed. It's an old detached structure on my property that I'm converting to a mancave. Yes, it HAD termites but they're gone now. Damage is repaired now too. And yes, my wife has funky feet but only I'm allowed to say that so you're not invited to The Burreaux when it's complete.

I put in 3 surface drains and piped it out to the street with a pop-up drain, and it has done wonders for my yard. Even with the record rain we have had this year, my backyard is fairly dry the first day we get sun. Before putting in the drains it would take 4 or 5 days of sun and wind to be able to walk back there
