If you have indoor plumbing, get a video pipe inspection!! It could save you $$$$.

FIFY

We did it and found out there was a clog under the middle of the house in the line the laundry room and kitchen share. There was grease build up and they used powdered detergent. The inspector thought there was a cracked pipe (cast iron). Thankfully, we had the inspection done, HO paid to have the lines cleaned. Inspector came back out and all plumbing was clean with no issues. Without the video inspection, we had a major clog waiting to cause havoc in our kitchen because it was far enough down the line that everything drained properly during the normal inspection.

If you have a fenced in backyard make sure it has a double gate on it.
