Weed/Fertilizer Application Timing

Sorry for adding to a pile of weed & feed threads this time of year...want to make sure I'm doing this the right way.
I have mostly centipede with some bermuda mixed in. Yard is currently overrrun with clover/crabgrass/etc. Guy at LA Nursery recommended the following:
1. Fetilome Weed-Free Zone
2. Hi-Yield Turf & Ornamental Weed & Grass Stopper
3. Fertilome Centipede Fertilizer 15-0-15
He recommended I apply in the same order as listed above but I forgot to ask how long to wait before applying each. I put out the WFZ Saturday afernoon. When should I put out the Weed/Grass Stopper? Fertilizer?
TIA

Put out the weed & grass stopper (Dimension pre-emergent) ASAP and water it in.
I’d wait until April 1-15 to apply the fertilizer at 1/2 lb nitrogen/1000 sq ft (3 1/3 lbs of 15-0-15 per 1000 sq ft). Second application in mid June/mid-July.
Ideally the centipede should be in active growth. I like to wait until I’ve cut the lawn grass (not weeds) twice before fertilizing. I have a centipede front lawn. Centipede takes a little longer to green up than St Augustine.

After my scalp, my Bermuda is in full blown growing mode. Almost all green now which is crazy to me. Think it's safe to drop some fertilizer down in the next week or two?

Normally fert would be tax day. That being said this year that day will come earlier. i scalped mine and I'm currently at 25% green up. I'd imagine that I'll be at 50% by the weekend. It is looking like the 23rd or 30th will be my first dose of high N fert.

Roger that.
This May makes 1 year of having this Bermuda and it blows my mind how green it already is compared to all the other yards in the subdivision (I'm the only home that has Bermuda). I was expecting it would take a lot longer to green up but it's almost 100% there already.
How high N are you doing? How many more times will you fertilize in a season?

I haven't even scalped my Bermuda, just put down prodiamine and spot sprayed Celsius. The Bermuda has never looked better than right now.

I did pre-emergent about 3 weeks ago and plan on spot spraying ceclius + certainty soon.

46-0-0 on the first round. Then 33-3-6 3/4 times.

Nice. Question for you ronk -
I sent off a soil test that came back low in N, P, & K. However, the day after I took the soil samples I used a 7-0-20 "stress blend" granular fertilizer from YardMastery.
From the soil tests results, YM recommends I do a 12-12-12 next to get the N, P , & K up but obviously the results of that test was prior to the 7-0-20 application.
I was going to use the YM Flagship fertilizer as my next application in a week or two which is a 24-0-6.
Your thoughts? Should I do the 12-12-12 and then wait a few weeks and then do Flagship...or go straight to Flagship?
As previously discussed, my yard is looking great already and is almost at 100% green up. It could be that stress blend waking up the yard.
Thanks!

I’d use the 24-0-6. An N test on a soil test isn’t going to be accurate. 12% N isn’t going to be enough to feed the lawn.

This is what I was thinking as well.
Thank you sir!

Ronk, if we didn’t feed our Bermuda with Nitrogen, where would most of it come from?
Would the grass just not be as healthy?

Microorganisms in the soil convert nitrogen in the air to useable nitrogen in the soil.

Crawdude does this schedule also apply to St. Aug?

I missed the June/July window for doing anything with my Centipede. Is it to late to do anything? If not, what would you recommend?

No fertilization on centipede until next spring. You can apply pre-emergent herbicide in late Sept-early Oct. Spray weeds with post-emergent herbicide now and any time weeds are present.
