Any suggestions on a good website for looking through new home plans will be appreciated.
I'm looking at eplans.com.

TIA

Are you planning to use “off the shelf” plans, or modify and just get ideas?

I’d recommend finding a style you like and locating a designer who specializes in that style. Most designers/architects have a large portfolio of existing plans to look through and pick from (or get inspiration).

Just getting ideas now. I imagine local builders have their set plans they've used and would rather build from one of those.
Just don't know how that will overall affect the bottom line. I imagine using one of their plans would be cheaper than my handing them a set of plans I bought off a website.

I've been using this one Houseplans.com for ideas.

Good - lots of plans and styles to choose from, with filters
Bad - some plans are rather pricey, no options for a small 'review' plan
