Termite damage options

We purchased a house earlier this year that has a detached garage/workshop in the back that we had no plans to do anything with but I decided to turn it into a gym / man cave.
When I started looking at it closer and cleaning it up I found some water damage on the bottom portion of the plywood. I cut away the plywood and ended up finding some termite damage in some of the studs (see pics).
I had planned on putting in insulation and drywall but I don't want to go forward with that until I have this termite thing under control. Now I'm planning on getting Taurus SC and trenching around the workshop and then spray the inside. Is there anything else I should be doing?

Replace all that termite damaged wood.

Is that exterior load bearing walls?

You do need to go up higher. The plywood might still have some of them bugs. But yes, replace all damage wood. Looks like the base plat is still good. Treated lumber there.

If you can’t get the existing wood out add new studs next to it as high as you can go. They don’t look active but spray and treat. That’s pretty minimal damage.

Not to be the bearer of bad news but....
That looks like heart pine studs to me. Termites really don't like to chew on heart pine. But they will trail through the studs looking for greener pastures, usually in your ceiling are on a headers. I have seen quite a few houses that would have a half eaten stud or two and then have massive damage 50 feet away. Better check everything.
