At the recommendation of this fine board, I purchased and used Suspend SC two nights ago. Did the .75 per gallon dilution and sprayed perimeter, doors and windows outside as well as along base boards, doors and esp around the fridge inside the house. Noticed a huge difference around the back door the next day. Wife has still seen a couple cockroaches around the fridge. Do I need to apply a little more around the fridge agai, or does it take a few days to get those nasty mfers to die?

Probably take a little while. I'm no expert but also might try Advion gel in conjunction if you can't get rid of them.

I'm thinking that should do it. Stuff works great.

When we first moved to Houston we had tons of cockroaches in & around the house. Sprayed Suspend and it knocked them out in a few weeks.
Also used a product on the lawn to push the perimeter out.
No issues (especially when reapplying Suspend once or twice per year.

Think I remember the directions saying to use 1.5 oz mixture the first spray then .75 in subsequent sprays.

So interesting thing about cockroaches. They have alphas and betas. If you see a roach during the day it is a beta and cannot feed at night with the alphas.

Back to the main question. They have to come into contact with enough product to die. They are tough and make have taken up the insecticide and are dying but just not dead yet. Also, for fridges and stoves I like using an insect growth regulator under them.
