Speed queen not draining

It’s showing a ER DR code which shows it’s draining slow or not at all. YouTube shows it could be the pump , belt, or a small sock restricting the flow. Going to troubleshoot it when I get home. Any of y’all had this issue and can offer some advice?

Nope but same thing happened to my dishwasher last week. I just pulled the drain pump and, spun it a couple times, and put it back on. Everything works great now. There was also a piece of glass down there, oops.
Getting in there and taking a look can’t hurt anything.

Had this issue once and it was my infant sons sock stuck in the pump.

Same here. Not speed queen, but washer wasn’t draining a couple months ago. Bought a replacement pump on amazon. Pulled the old pump off and took it apart and found my 2 year old’s sock in the pump.
Hardest part was getting as much water out as I could to not make a mess when I pulled the old pump off. Pretty easy job, otherwise.

I didn’t check a code on our Speed Queen, but as others have said toddler/kids sock stuck in the water pump. Pulled the front panel off, and then the water pump and pulled the sock out. Pretty easy to fix.
Drain as much water out as you can with a shop vac and then put the shop vac next to the water pump hose when you disconnect it. Should cut down on water everywhere.
Two months after the sock incident, my daughter’s shirt got stuck between the drum and the lid, which caused the drum to lock up. Water pump became fused to the motor. Luckily ours was still under warranty and they replaced the motor and the water pump. The technician didn’t want to deal with taking the water pump off, so he just replaced both. Now I have a motor that’ll I’ll keep in the shop for years or decades collecting dust until I find a use for it ??

Well guys I siphoned most of the water out and had every intention to check for a sock. With the remaining water I decided to try a spin cycle and see if it would drain. I unplugged for 20 min to do a reset as suggested in the manual. Then selected spin cycle. Water drained as it should. I then tried a small load of laundry to see what happened. All went well. Hopefully this was a one time thing. Thanks for the replies

Just fixed mine last weekend.
Take 2 screws out of the front at the bottom. Slide the front panel off. Undo one hose clamp from the pump on bottom right. Pull out ball of shite. Put it back together. Mine ended up being a ball of string like from the edge of a towel. After you’re done, tell your wife just because she can close the lid doesn’t mean it all fits. The only way I can see for larger objects to get in the pump is for it to go over the top of the tub.
ETA I think it was a 5/16 nut driver for all three screws.
