Good Afternoon! The construction companies’ sewage water is overflowing onto my property. Is this even a legit swage pond? ??
Sides of the pond are 3 ft from my fence and 30 ft from my shop.

Outside city limits between North Bossier and Benton.
Talked to the owner and he says he is aware of it. The guy who cut his grass ran over something that is causing the spill. I went ahead and talked to him because the water is about 2-3" deep and followed a rain channel. It's about 30 yards across my property now.

Agreed. It's a really shitty situation but I hope he takes care of it.
