don't have one but been eyeing the stone & beam couches on amazon. it's an amazon owned brand. seem to be well built for the $, but buying a couch has me hesitant.

We got a Lovesac sectional, and it might be the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on.

Be prepared to drop some coin but we have a 10 seater (can make the U shape you mentioned) which cost about $8k, but there is a lifetime warranty for the inserts, armrests, and backs.

They're fully customizable, so when we have company we can make two separate couches and a love seat, or when enjoying a movie night put them all together to make one giant square couch.

Half of the seats have hidden storage compartments, so it great to throw all the kids shite in to keep the living room less cluttered.

I got an IKEA kivik,it’s a modular design so you can choose whatever configuration you like. Best part is that several third party retailers make covers for it. As soon as I’m tired of this fabric, I can drop $400-500 and have a completely different look.

check out Dream Sofa. All custom, made-to-order furniture with free nationwide delivery and lifetime warranty. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful. It takes about 8+ weeks once ordered, but well worth it. We ordered a sectional from there about 18 months ago and it's been great.

We just got an Ikea Farlov. Got a 100# dog that spends all day on the couch so wasn't looking to break the bank
