Well, I sent two to the stockyard in Amite this morning. I have one left that I will have butchered in April/May. I’m going to let the pastures rest this summer. Graas recovery will be slow this summer due it being eaten down to nearly nothing because of the drought. Thanks for the responses.

Something that should, unfortunately, be practiced on most pastures in Louisiana this year.
