Reseeding Bermuda

For you Bermuda grass gurus out there. My Bermuda grass is about two years old now. Growing well in the front yard but not as full in the back. What is your opinion of dropping more grass seed as this seems to be the time of the year to do it. And will I need to water everyday?
TIA

TIA

Common bermuda? Is the front getting full sun and the back partially shaded? If it's not as full in the back because of partial shade I don't think that dropping more common seed is going to do anything to help.

Absolute same amount of sun/shade.

Probably different soil in the front and back. I'd get both tested and treat as appropriate.
Aerating and seeding, then watering regularly won't hurt I don't think, but I wouldn't throw too much seed down.

Close up pics would be best.
Could be compacted soil or rocks/concrete under the surface.
Try the screwdriver test in the front and back to compare.

Do you know the bermuda variety. If it was sodded then it probably isn't a common and throwing seed down would give it a different look.

Stop cutting it and it will re-seed itself.

I have never checked this and seeded a few times over the years. I guess it’s so mixed up at this point it doesn’t matter

Reseeded mine on Good Friday. It’s rolling now. Aerate it first. I also pre germinated my seeds and fixed with milorganite to spread
