Recommendation for Wood Floor Refinishing on the Northshore

I'm looking for recommendations to get someone to refinish/resurface some wood flooring at one of my rental properties. I thought about doing it myself, but I think I'd rather leave this to a pro. Its only about 400 sqft of flooring. The house is in Covington and is currently vacant.
Thanks in advance!

The stuff you have down now, is it a glue down?

It is glue down. Bruce engineered hardwood, installed in 1998.

It's very costly, to refinish. I did an easy and less costly way. My friend bought a house with glue down floors. We bought a thin glue down Oak, first, sanded, or more cut into the old floors. The scratching in allowed the glue to adhere. We then change the direction of the new wood, this is what's do with plywood, the different veneers, the change in direction. It made for a great floor. You can see the finished look you want. I've done this, cost wise, you can save a bunch of money, a finished floor, if it's damaged, a problem refinishing, this one, remove the damaged section, replace. A small area can be done in a day. Refinishing, would take several days and trips, adding to the cost. Let me know if you need more information.
