Recommend me a great laminar flow kitchen faucet

I want the silent, easy to use, less likely to splash, no bubbles filling a water bottle laminar flow. It's really hard to find with the environmental regulations now. Our old one bit the dust.
Specifications beyond laminar flow:
- Mount on the countertop (not wall)
- polished nickel/chrome/stainless finish (not shiny, it wouldn't match the rest of the kitchen...but I'm willing to get it "close" if I can find a good laminar flow)
- All-in-one with stream and sprayer – we do have two holes in the counter. Previously one was used for a soap dispenser, but if the faucet is otherwise great I could be persuaded to put a separate sprayer in the old soap dispenser hole.
If it helps, the sink has two basins, one large and one smaller. So I do need it to move around a bit to hit both sides. As long as it will swing back and forth that isn't likely a problem.
Any suggestions?

Just buy whatever you like the looks of then switch the aerator out. You can buy laminar aerators on Amazon.

We put this Kingston brass fixture in our new kitchen and I like it very much

I prefer 2 knobs over a lever and mixing valve, and the pull down sprayer swings over both sides of a large 2 compartment sink. It does have an aerator that I have not been able to access so there’s that

Looking into this option as well. If you have a rec for one you’ve changed out I’m open to that too!

I am a fan of Kingston faucets! I recently installed a polished brass bathroom faucet and the quality is top notch!
