Is it safe on a stained wooden front door?

It is basically bleach andd soap. I have used it on a stained front door and it worked okay. I would not use it if the door is not sealed with polyurethane or something like that.

Be careful putting water on wood door. I did ours and it swelled some making it hard to open and close. So put it on lightly and dry it off quickly.

I would avoid soaking any wooden door you care about with water/liquid. Spray some 30 second on a rag and use elbow grease. If washing around door, open it and wrap with sheet plastic and then close it.

To use 30 second cleaner on a door shouldn't be enough water to damage it. It's not soaking in it. It dries in "30 seconds"

Put it in a spray bottle instead of a pump sprayer. I used it on our back door last month. Sprayed across the top half, let it sit and wiped it down, then did the bottom half.

Nobody has mentioned to cover the keyhole on the door.

Bleach will corrode internals on locks.

I use a piece of tape.

Probably won't, but why chance it? Wood doors constantly expand and contract their joints which can creat significant openings for water to run and pool into. Rails have a groove to accept wood panels that can fill with water with no where to drain out.

At the very least, spray your door down good with regular water first. If you are worried, just seal around the door with plastic and painters tape.
