I’m about to put up a new gate to my property to replace one that loggers messed up. I’ll be using 6x6 treated posts. My question is should I coat the below ground portion with anything? To bad they did away with cca treatments.

They did not. You can get lumber treated with CCA. Talk to your local lumber yard.

I didn't with a gate I put up about 15 years ago and have had no issues yet.

I did however put a little sacrete in the hole before I put the posts in the ground, then poured the rest around them.

Are these going to have concrete piers? If so no need to coat a treated post with anything if you are doing (which you should) concrete piers.
