Anyone have a good pool contractor in the Nola area? Or more importantly, the ones I should avoid?! Lol TIA

BYL has been building a pool down the street from me going on 2 years. It still doesn't have water in it. Asked the neighbor about a month ago what's was up and he was about stroked out at my mentioning of it.

That’s what they are known for doing. They will never finish until you threaten suit then they will finish it quickly and shittily.

Our neighbors are trying to put in a pool and have been through a couple. They had legit issues with some ducking them or frickin up the design. I think they are with Paradise Pools at the moment and things seem to be looking up. No ground broke yet so still a long ways to go.

Ours is Pontchartrain Pools too. Sean Faulk is a knowledgeable and experienced guy. He only takes on like 3 projects at a time, and he personally is on site to supervise the dig and gunite and plastering etc and checks in on site pretty much every day.
I’ve recommended him to a couple friends. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. He doesn’t advertise. All word of mouth. He’s usually booked up several months out.

I’ve heard really good things about Paradise Pools too (Roy, I think). They would have been our second choice.
