Looking to purchase about 100 Elliott pecan trees. I am trying to get them about 3 to 4 feet high. Any recommendations or suggestions would be appreciated. I am willing to go about a 200mile radius from central Louisiana.

My recommendation is to not plant them within several miles of any structures you hold near and dear to your heart.

You’re going to be picking up limbs for days.

Cutting them up doesn't help. You end up picking up the pieces of limb if you use any type equipment picking up the pecans.
To answer the question, there is probably a person at the agricultural extension that specializes in pecans and can answer your question

Bass pecans out of MS. I have Cape Fear and Elliott. They pollinate at the same time and I have an incredible amount of pecans each year.

This 100%. Also may I add that they don’t hold up well in hurricanes. I lost 7 that we’re each about 100 years old from hurricane Laura. They throw some nice shade but they also throw limbs like crazy year round.

I would try and find all research concerning disease resistant cultivars. It can get really bad and affect not only quanity but quality

You can have a full grown one from my yard for free.
