Need advice on mold.

I have discovered mold that has developed behind my cabinets and inside my walls due to wind driven rain. I told the adjuster when he came by that I thought there was mold and he said it wasn't an issue. Since I have moved the dishwasher I can see it on the walls. Any idea how I should proceed? Pull out he cabinets and sheetrock? Call a professional and let them deal with it?

You need a moisture meter, you need to check to see if the drywall has elevated moisture from wind driven rain
Amazon and homedepot sell a pinless model model by the General for around $50

Do not follow this advise unless you want to risk no coverage by insurance
