Can anyone recommend a company for a load or two of mason sand and the same for top soil?

Also, is top soil the right stuff to mix with Mason Sand for the yard? I don’t want to add weeds to an area where I am already battling them. This will be for a small releveling job that I want to get done before sodding an area

Check some of your local fb groups, dirt guys are always advertising. I use S&J brothers Dirtworx but not sure how far they go into St Tamm

I used Soil and Garden Depot right off the causeway and they were good. They have a premixed soil/mason sand mix that I used to level before sodding and it worked great. They have some bad reviews, but they were fine for me.

I've heard good things about Accardo's too

If you are just leveling do sand only.

Nice people at accardo’s but beware of the weeds that come their “natural top soil” or whatever they call their best top dressing mix

Get it delivered from Soil and Garden Depot. You want their native topsoil to mix with mason sand. Their native topsoil is screened so you won’t receive big chunks of clay, etc. They are more expensive than Accardos but the soil has less weed seeds.

Accardo's

I would recommend just using the sand for re-grading.

Love this stuff. I wish I had a dump trailer.
