A few days ago after flushing the toilet, there were some gurgling sounds coming from the toilet. At that time the faucet to the sink in the bathroom seemed to have some air trapped in the line, but after a few seconds started to flow, but the pressure was about 1/3 of the normal pressure.

The toilet is working fine, the shower faucet shows no sign of loss pressure and neither do any of the other faucets in the house.

The sink faucet in the bathroom still has a reduced flow and I can't for the life of me figure out why. Any suggestions?

TIA

Check the connections for the water lines to the faucet. You likely have a leak. Just happened to me with my kitchen sink. Every time I turned it on, I'd get a shot of air before water came out and reduced pressure relative to normal. Turns out I had a leak on the live for the retractable faucet handle. Luckily I figured this out before there was a chance for much water damage to the cabinet

I'm an idiot. I took off the aerator and cleaned it out. Working as good as new!

I was coming here to tell you to check that

You'd be surprised how many times that is the lone issue for folks.

the little ring under the spout unscrews

inside it is a water screen, they are just tiny pin holes so trash in the line clogged it up.

the gurgling was air it the line so somebody was working on a nearby water line and it just had to cycle that air out, which often shakes loose dirt, grit, and sand, in the lines, which can often clog things up.

EDIT - ok i see you got it

but you still need to go do the other bathroom sinks and your kitchen sink, because those will have trash in them too. everything else doesnt have an aerator screen so the trash goes right through those.
