Sound like you got it covered. Get a couple good post emergent for spot treating weed you should be good to go

For centipede yea
You generally want to wait longer when it’s hot since it requires less Nitrogen than other grass types. Typically 1lb of nitrogen a year is enough

I like FEature for lawns that don't like a lot of fertilization. It has good micros as well.
