Drove by the other day, front is starting to green up nicely.
ETA scalped my zoysia and bagged the clippings yesterday. Should have some nice green growth coming in before hitting it with Nitrogen in a couple of weeks.

Water it in good. The dew may help but I’d still water it in good take no chance on straight nitrogen
