Has anyone had to troubleshoot a leak from one of these refrigerators? After some diagnosis, condensation from the evaporator is getting into the pan below the middle drawers and eventually leaking out the front onto the floor. Weird thing is, I don’t see water spilling over the pan, I just see it accumulating underneath it. Looks like I have to pretty much disassemble the whole thing, doors and all to get access and look at whether the drain is blocked there. Anything I may be missing?

I don't know that particular model, but having a drain behind a false wall that blocks the evaporator is very common. They can freeze up, get clogged, etc. Yes you have to basically take it apart and clean it out or defrost it.

Clogged drain. Very common.

Agreed that a clogged drain line is the most likely culprit. Seen it on Samsungs, Whirlpools, you name it. You'll spend 45 minutes getting to the line. You'll flush the ice out in 30 seconds. Then you'll spend 45 minutes putting everything back. Very annoying, but a straightforward fix.

Be sure to unclog the evap coil drain pan AND the orifice/tube that drains out the back of the fridge.

Ok. Since yall have been so helpful, what are the chances it is plugged with ice and I can just clear it by defrosting? There WAS ice along the bottom of the evaporator.

I’m not a pro here, but yeah defrost, using some hot water, and then maybe even some suction or compressed air on the drain may very well work.

0. I've seen People try that and even after two days unplugged ice was still in the drain.

If it's a bottom freezer you can clear the drain with a steam gun ($25 at Walmart by the vacuum cleaners) from the back. Remove lower kick panel, locate the drain line and put the flexible hose that came with your steam gun and hold it down until you see steam inside the freezer. Once you do the line is clear.

P trap was plugged solid. I hope that was it. Plugged her back in. Worried I’m gonna be going back in for a frozen plug too.

ETA. Still leaking. Trying steam gun next.

It'll leak until you clear all the ice off the freezer floor too.
