Insulating a Metal Building after construction.

So I made a bigass mistake by not installing radiant barrier when I had my metal building put up. It is as hot as hell in there.
Is there some type of tape that would actually hold up if I were to install radiant barrier or what would be the best way to insulate the roof?

Probably not, not many adhesives last against heat. Closed-cell spray urethane would probably be the best option.

I had the ceiling spray foamed after the last hurricane in BR. I did notice it made a difference and it would be noticeable with AC . It's still hot for me because I don't have AC, the exterior is dark brown without any shade.

no insulation, dark color, no AC....who'da thunk it?

Yep that's what the PO installed. Not too swift. I'll probably do the walls when it's cooler this year, since I've gotten rid of a lot of stuff and reorganized everything.

That would be my go-to choice. The workers will be in and out in a day and you can sit down sipping ice cold bottles of beer while they do their thing.
Just be sure to have an ice chest filled with beer for them when done.
