Hot weather forcing bugs inside? EDITED to add a bug ID question

Any ody else seeing a lot more bugs inside lately? I've had a ton of earwigs and starting to get roaches now. Figured the hot, dry weather is forcing them in to look for water.
Guess I'm gonna be spraying talstar all over this weekend. Hopefully the rain and milder temps coming this weekend help.

Had our guy come spray for roaches yesterday. When my wife called the guy said they are getting tons of calls lately because of the heat pushing them inside.

Also can I get a bug ID on this behemoth of a beetle
Ended up in one of my air intakes for my main AC. Heard some scratching sounds coming from the intake late one night... Could tell it wasn't loud enough to be a rodent, but sounded bigger than a roach. Decided to wait till morning because the only way to check is open the grille (it's in the ceiling) and have whatever it is come flying into my face. Come morning time this thing had burrowed a hole through the filter and gotten stuck between the filter and grille.
Given it's size I was wondering if I should be concerned about how it got inside. That air intake has some openings to some interior walls, so I guess it got into the attic, fell down a wall and found its way to the filter. Guess I need to get up in the hot arse attic and just make sure it didn't open a hole in the ductwork up there.
But my question is does it seem concerning something this big found its way in? That's a regular 16oz. solo cup it's in for size reference

I sprayed the shite out of my house with some Demon on 7/01 because we were having issues with small bugs, spiders, wasps building their mud houses.... Now, the only thing I'm seeing are these
I know they are in the moth family, and no idea how to get rid of them other than smash & flush them every time I find one on my master bath floor.

Good call, looks like a Phileurus valgus (Phileurini) specifically. Can't find a ton of info on it. Does seem like it can fly though, so probably got into the attic, then dropped down a wall or something like I suspected. Gonna assume it was able to squeeze through a small opening, but it never could wiggle it's way out of the air intake grille, so I'd assume it needs an opening the size of a nickel. Guess it's not worth losing sleep over unless I find more large invaders.
