Bought everything from Goodwood Hardware. Bull products. Had it built 25 x 20 with 16 ft tongue n groove pine ceiling and cypress posts, concrete added to my current foundation, granite, Bull appliances, and lighting, 96 in fan for $50K. Patio Furniture included and table & 6 chairs from Splash n bar stools. We love it.

Finishing up my outdoor kitchen area today (it's part of a new construction build).

2 comments on your setup....you definitely need more room on either side of the grill. Also I'd plan to have more than 5 inches excess room on the backside of grill. Also possibly swapping the location of the burner and grill might be a better setup....putting the burner on the end and the grill closer to the patio opening might be a life saver for smoke purposes.

The diagram with exact dimensions for the steer grill shows that it's about 19.5" that rests in the countertop cutout with about 4-5" sticking out (if i'm looking at it correctly).

Good luck getting it done under 5K...if you're able to that will be a helluva accomplishment.

For reference....mine is all brick cabinets, granite countertop, bull stainless doors, bull stainless enclosed drawer system, bull side burner and bull 30" grill, cypress hood with zline vent insert, fridge and drop down section for the egg.....20K+ all day long

Is your old Mexican guy going to pull the permits and handle all of the plumbing (incoming and tying into the main sewer line)? You will need gas ran as well as electrical. There's a lot going on and the idea that you can get all of that done for less than $5K is puzzling to me. Don't get me wrong, I truly hope you can, I'm just struggling with the numbers.

Think it was 32K for construction. We just had screens made and installed for A frame to help with sun going down in the west as it reflects too much glare on TV screen. That fabric n shipping was a lot. Granite was purchased n installed by co in Elmwood. Great job.

I have the Blaze 4 burner and I gave the contractor/subs the spec sheet from BLAZE for the specific model. You should be fine going that route.

Also we went with Dolomite countertops because the granite options were not what we were looking for, just FYI. Kitchen is 4 years old and no regrets going dolomite so far.

I have the natural gas there already. I’ve been using it for a grill on wheels since 2015. The quick connect drops are right to the side of where the grills will be.
I have a family friend that is doing the water drop hot and cold through the bricks for $200, the piping is already present above that exact wall in the attic. No permits.
I will be piping it around the Corner into an existing pipe that drains another sink that’s against the back of my house right around that corner.
As for the outlets, I have a friend that will be installing one or two for me after the kitchen is built.

I’ll post pictures of the finished product and honest list of all of my costs

What’s the thickness, what’s cost per square foot? And where did you purchase?

My grill is 13” from the brick wall. 36.5” deep counters and 42” high. It’s bigger than I wanted. IMO it’s too far from wall. Also, counters being 42” high is a lot. My wife can’t use the grill bc she would burn her tits off.

Sweats like a mofo. I actually have to clean the concrete below it bc it grows green shite from all the water dripping. PITA. I regret not buying a true outdoor fridge. It also freezes up so I have to defrost it every few months. I tried adding a fan behind it to increase airflow but it didn’t help.
