Garbage lawn to beautiful Bermuda transformation timeline help

Current lawn is slap full of weeds and no telling what else. If I were to want to begin the transformation of my front yard what kind of timeline am I looking at? I would imagine I can begin the preparation now, but not sure when the appropriate time to seed would be. Looking at about 2700 sq ft
1. Glyphosate to kill everything existing
2. Scarify and rake up all the dead debris
3. Level lawn with top soil for anything greater than 2” and finish with masonry sand
4. Seed and fertilize (when should I do this)
5. Water twice a day for 30 days
6. Don’t cut lawn for 21 days
Looking at ordering 10lbs LaPrima or Royal XTD from Hancock seed. What fertilizer should I be using?
What steps did I miss?

Almost instantly.
With this amount of lawn, just sod it. You’re going to spend so much time and effort, and it’s only a few pallets.
Sod will get you a far superior cultivar of Bermuda and you’ll have a much better lawn. It will be relatively weed free and very dense, easy to take care of.
After step 3, just order sod, water for 2-3 weeks, and you’re ready to enjoy your beautiful Bermuda lawn.

I’m in the same boat and am currently conflicted. I have 5 lbs of common seed, but moving into a new house with a much smaller front lawn. Would love to get tif tuf or 419 sod.
Could I do it with just scraping after glyphosate?
I don’t look forward to battling weeds with seeding.
The grade is pretty good:

I think those two are the same. Royal is a blend that use to be laprima. But I’m not sure if they are all not the same. It will have a better cold tolerance and stay greener longer than most sods you can buy.

I’m in the sod camp. But, I’d look at zoysia as well.

I would lean this way myself.

Like another poster said, with 2,700 sqft, I'd go sod or at least plugs.
I did my 7,000 sqft backyard and it was a bit of a PITA to keep watered while the seeds were germinating. I had to keep moving sprinklers and should have just bought more and ran more hoses. 2,700 would be much more manageable but I'd still go the sod/plugs route.
Seeding, realistically you would probably have it established in year 2. You could get it done in the first year but have some thin spots still. You would want to start when you have consistently warm nights. Get a soil test done to see what you are lacking in your soil. Fertilize based off the recommendations. Once your seeds germ and you have growth, cut often and push with just urea fertilizer.
Sod would obviously be instant. Plugs you would be set after that first summer and doesn't cost as much as sod.

If the yard is mostly Bermuda already, just putting it on a decent fertilizer/herbicide/water regimen along with a little hand pulling and 1” mowing every three days will have it looking great in a couple months. Sod is even faster but as long as you didn’t just lose a tree or something, there should still be at least some grass everywhere.
