So yea I’m going to wash down my house with a Jomax/bleach mixture. My question is do I let it sit for awhile before washing it off and if so for how long?

I usually spray my entire house. Then, go back and start pressure washing where I began spraying. That’s a sir time of 15 minutes. I don’t know if that is correct. However, it’s what I do, and it works.

The instructions on the hose-end type Jo-Max say to apply, wait 5 or 10 minutes, then wash off.
They stress: "DO NOT ALLOW SOLUTION TO DRY"

Read the directions, they won’t steer you wrong.

I glanced over the label last night and didn’t see anything about letting it sit but I very easily could have missed it

The mildew usually falls off as fast as I spray it on

I go along with the backpack sprayer wetting the house down, and the wife follows about 10 min behind with the garden hose rinsing.
