Yes I do. Middle Tennessee Lumber Company. Hood Distribution in Nashville. For anything decking related I would go to TimberTown Nashville. Far as normal lumber yards for commodities Oakley Lumber in Nashville are good folks. The company I work for sales these businesses so I know them all to be reputable companies to do business with.

They quoted me $7k for basically 3 lowers, 2 uppers, and the countertop. This seems absurd for what is essentially wood boxes

Look for a Bartons Home Outlet in your area. They have a great selection of pre built cabinets. Their shaker style cabinets look good and are well made. And they will put together your spec sheet as long as you know the measurements. We use them all the time. If you have never hung cabinets it can be tricky and actually easy to get wrong though. You might get done and step back and think "O man, I did a pretty good job there" but if you showed it to someone who knew what they're doing they'd probably be thinking in their head that they look like arse. If you have a friend that knows carpentry, ask him for help.

He quoted me $5,700 for the cabinets and the rest was quartz countertops. The cabinets were soft close everything, primed, premium ply. I actually found exactly what I want via Nelson Cabinetry online which is out of Houston. They are half his quote for just the cabinets, but I will have to assemble myself. Anyone used them? Reviews on FB look very good. BTW, I am out of South Carolina.

i went out to Fox Hardware lumberyard near 840 and checked out his operation. it was pretty damn amazing. guy is cranking out some wood. considered his 8" white oak hardwood for our update but didn't think about asking about cabinets.

White oak is as expensive as I’ve ever seen it in 30 years. Good quality white is at least. Especially if you want it graded for rift or quarter sawn. Interesting tidbit on why. There are so many small distilleries popping up for whiskey and bourbon. To my understanding it’s putting pressure on the price of quality logs. I’ve been told an average barrel of whiskey is worth $10,000 on up. I can assure you the people making these barrels don’t care what that white oak cost and they are even buying the whole log’s because now the hardwood plywood veneer companies are bitching about the ridiculous prices being offered for great quality white oak. Hell even the wine companies are now using more white oak to age their wine.

If you are doing a decent size project and you want to go with a high performance exotic species I can sell you that stuff direct and cut out the middleman. It’s an available option to you now to consider.
