Anybody had any jobs done recently? I need a slab poured for a small pump house and don’t have a clue what the going rate is.

I’m looking at a small project and got quoted $3.50 per square foot for all labor but I buy the materials including concrete. Sounds reasonably.

I’m in Baton Rouge and used a guy twice for small projects. Don’t know if he’d come that far.

It's gotta be the same Willie. He did some work for me at my old house. He was recommended to me. He did a good job at a fair price, but damn that was 13 years ago or so, and Willie had to be 60 at the time. I'm just surprised he's still at it.

Just had a small 20'x30' shop pad, w/ footings poured for $6.25 per sq ft in STC Parish.

What’s going rate for 24 square feet 12x2 tied into an existing slab. Could probably be leftover from a bigger job. Metairie. Anyone with a recommendation would be much appreciated.

Damn, I've gotten 4 estimates and they are all 3-4x that rate. I guess b/c its a much smaller job.

That’s probably him. He’s at least 70.
