I think that most would agree that a warm season lawn isn't a show case lawn until at least the July 4th holiday.

Fair enough
For the future, My fall pre emergent in the front yard seems to have reduced my winter/spring clover by about 90%
I didn’t do fall pre em in the backyard and the clover is quite rampant.

just pointing out that clover will do it for you for free with no effort on your part, it will improve your soils, it will feed the bees, and it will disappear like a fart in the wind just about the time your zoysia greens up
