It's easy to check (just need a pipe cleaner), adding oil is not difficult either - YouTube

My plan is to close, then spend a few days working on the house before we actually move in. Having shelves put in the pantry and two of the closets by a local company. I am going to install the tv mounts, tvs and ceiling fans as well as paint 3 feature walls

I did this as well and it's the smartest thing you could do.

All of my ceiling fans came from either Lowes or HD so you should be fine with either.

Serious question. Why would anyone want a 3 blade fan?

I have 3 of these in different sizes. 88" in LR

Nothing but compliments on them

We went with the Hunter contractor fan model without lights which we got from Lowes. They work and are quiet.

I have a tray ceiling in my living room and I plan on putting a fan like that in there. Our normal ceiling height is 9-8 then we have the tray which adds a foot or so. I know it will have to be on a longer down rod but Im not sure what size I can put there. I think anything over 60 may be too large due to having it mounted in the tray

Suggestions?

It’s not a matter of aesthetics, more about function. If it’s to move air… I have 5 blades.

I like that. Who is the manufacturer and what's the model?
