Yes.

Depends on the three numbers associated with the weed and feed and how much you put down per 1,000 sq ft.
Generally, you would wait a couple of months.
Here's a little run down of what the numbers mean and why it matters.
This is from the bermuda bible, but it works.

Nitrogen (N):
Primary Function: Promotes lush, green growth and increases the density of the grass.

Phosphorus (P):
Primary Function: Supports strong root development and energy transfer within the plant.

Potassium (K):
Primary Function: Enhances overall plant health and stress tolerance.

Just remember, Centipede hates Phosphorus, Bermuda loves Nitrogen, and St Aug typically just needs a balanced 13-13-13

You'll notice that online and in the stores they'll sell 15-0-15 and advertise it as Centipede fertilizer.

So if you've got Centipede, there's nothing else you would need, and you'd probably only fertilize twice per year.

From Google: Centipede grass has a low nitrogen requirement, needing only about 1 to 2 pounds of nitrogen per 1,000 square feet per year, and over-fertilizing can harm it, potentially leading to issues like thatch buildup and disease susceptibility.

So the way you look at it is this:
"15" means that there is .15 lbs of N per one pound of total fertilizer.
So you get a scale out, weigh 3 lbs of fertilizer and you're looking at .45 lbs of N and .45 lbs of K. If you distribute that over 1,000 sq ft then you've nearly met half your N requirements for the year.

If your lawn is 5,000 sq ft then weigh out 15 lbs of fertilizer and distribute evenly.

*That was just an example. I'd probably thrown down 5 lbs per thousand sq ft twice per year. That would give you 1.5 lbs of N for the year (0.75 lbs each time).

Looks like you have room to add soil in thee front, underneath that tree. Then you could lay a pallet on top of that. Existing soil looks like the problem

Absolutely, I don't think it looks too terrible. Under the tree in the front yard, it needs more day light, the ground looks compacted, so need some method of aeration, without messing with the irrigation or getting too close to the tree roots.

I've never been a fan of using grass plugs, but you have the perfect set up to do it, and you can try different grasses for relatively cheap and see which one thrives, whether its different grasses all together or different varieties of the same grass. How to Use Grass Plugs to Test Shade Tolerance

Not if you do it today or over the next few days.

Sprayed my winter weed cocktail this morning.

I did get a quote for all-new Palmetto St. Aug in the back and around my front tree. Landscaper wants to bring in fresh dirt, till/level, and lay new grass. Pricing is fair and I can have a fresh start quickly.

I will probably hit eject and let them do it, and I will maintain. Also getting quotes to trim my oaks. They're pretty full

Just has an FYI you are going to want to start switching over to MSM or Celsius for your herbicides.
